Job summary

Universal Certification and Services in the UAE seeks a motivated Business Development Officer to drive growth of ISO certification and training services. You will identify new business opportunities, contact potential clients, promote UCS offerings, prepare quotations and follow up on leads.

You will maintain CRM data, coordinate with technical and certification teams, and help achieve monthly sales targets while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to work with targets.
• Good English communication skills; market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for ISO certification and training services.
• Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, exhibitions and visits.
• Explain UCS certification services and process to prospective clients.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
• Maintain and update the CRM or sales tracking system.
• Follow up with existing clients for renewals, surveillance audits, and new opportunities.
• Coordinate with the technical and certification team to understand client requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support company revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
