Job summary

Le Chene is seeking a Business Development Executive in Dubai to lead business acquisition for the Inspection & Certification unit. You will drive new client acquisition, develop key accounts and manage end-to-end deal cycles across diverse sectors in the UAE.

The role requires a minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience within certification or testing services, strong negotiation skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience within inspection, certification or technical compliance services in the UAE.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE certification market, competitors and regulatory landscape.
• Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives and senior managers; strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development for ISO management system certifications and third‑party inspection services.
• Develop key accounts across industrial, manufacturing, construction and commercial sectors.
• Generate leads, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets (AED 50,000 – AED 120,000, scaled by experience).
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards and local regulatory requirements.

Le Chene is supporting an international certification and assessment body to appoint a Business Development Executive to lead business acquisition for their Inspection & Certification business unit in Dubai.

Scope

• Drive new business development for ISO management system certifications, third-party inspection services, and compliance audits
• Develop key accounts across diverse sectors including industrial, manufacturing, construction, and commercial enterprises
• Generate leads, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets (AED 50,000 – AED 120,000, scaled to experience)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry certification standards and local regulatory requirements

Profile

• Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience within inspection, certification (ISO standards), auditing, or technical compliance services in the UAE
• In-depth understanding of the UAE certification market, competitor landscape, and regulatory environment
• Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives, quality directors, and general managers
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
• Valid UAE driving license and fluency in English are required

Compensation & Package

• Base Salary: AED 4,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience) + Performance-based Incentive Scheme
• Primary Location: Dubai (Office in Deira / Client-facing across UAE)
