Tattu Dubai is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive inbound leads and proactively source new business in Dubai. You will build relationships with corporate bookers, agencies, and event planners while creating bespoke events and tracking conversion rates.

In this role, you will stay ahead of industry trends, report regularly on performance, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize bookings. Past experience in Dubai is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales generation - managing inbound leads and proactively finding new business.
• Sales driven with a passion and commitment to drive and hit targets set
• Actively increase booking inquiries and track conversion rates, ensuring business growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate bookers, agencies, and event planners.
• Generate and create bespoke events, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Conduct competitor analysis, identifying opportunities for increased engagement.
• Provide regular reports on conversion rates, ensuring key stakeholders are informed.
• Align with internal teams, ensuring that all departments understand targets and actively push for increased bookings.
• Work closely with the Guest Relations Manager to ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention.
