GWC Networks LLC in Dubai seeks a strategic Business Development Manager with 2–5 years of IT, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions sales experience across the UAE and GCC. You will drive revenue growth, cultivate channel partners, and expand market presence by collaborating with OEMs and enterprise clients to showcase our cybersecurity and network observability solutions.

Qualifications

2–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, partner management, or business development in IT, networking or cybersecurity in UAE/GCC.
Established network of channel partners, system integrators, or enterprise accounts across UAE is advantageous.
Excellent communication, written and presentation skills to articulate complex technical solutions to business leaders.

Responsibilities

Identify and close new business opportunities within the UAE to achieve growth objectives.
Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and key OEMs across the Middle East.
Position GWC Networks' cybersecurity, network observability, and IT integration capabilities to C-level executives.
Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and scoping to contract negotiation.
Monitor regional technology trends and opportunities within the UAE.
