Talent Specialist Limited (TSL) is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion across the GCC for AI data centre infrastructure. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with hyperscalers, data centre operators, EPCs, and investors, while leading negotiations and solution development.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to deliver modular, scalable infrastructure for AI and high-density computing environments, in a high-growth, international setting.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of business development, sales, or commercial experience in data centres or related industries.
• Strong understanding of data centre power infrastructure, cooling, or energy systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic and/or Mandarin would be advantageous.
• Existing GCC data centre, cloud, or energy network is preferred.

Business Development Manager – AI Data Centre Infrastructure (AIDC)

A leading international provider of modular AI infrastructure solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive market expansion across the GCC region.

The company delivers innovative, end-to-end infrastructure solutions for AI and high-performance computing environments, combining advanced power generation, liquid cooling, modular deployment, and intelligent control technologies into turnkey data centre solutions.

The Opportunity

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing strategic relationships across the rapidly growing AI data centre and digital infrastructure market. You will work closely with hyperscalers, data centre operators, EPC contractors, investors, and key industry stakeholders to identify opportunities and support the deployment of next-generation modular infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the GCC data centre and AI infrastructure market.
• Build and maintain relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, EPCs, consultants, investors, and strategic partners.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposal development, contract negotiations, and partnership agreements.
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to develop customer-focused infrastructure solutions.
• Support the market adoption of modular and prefabricated infrastructure solutions for AI and high-density computing environments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within digital infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Required Experience

• 5 to 8+ years of business development, sales, or commercial experience within data centres, power infrastructure, energy systems, electrical engineering, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of one or more of the following:
• Data centre power infrastructure
• Backup power systems and gensets
• Microgrids and BESS
• UPS and electrical distribution
• Cooling technologies and thermal management
• Modular or prefabricated infrastructure
• Energy management systems
• Established network within the GCC data centre, cloud, digital infrastructure, or energy ecosystem.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Arabic and/or Mandarin language skills would be advantageous.
