Detailed Job Description

As a Data & AI Solutions & Delivery Lead based in Dubai, UAE, you will take full ownership of guiding enterprise-wide data modernization, advanced analytics, and generative AI deployments for a major telecommunications client. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass providing rigorous technical oversight, challenging enterprise data architectures, identifying technical risks and dependencies, and driving successful delivery across multi-cloud platforms. You will lead executive workshops, manage steering committees, present strategic roadmap solutions to CXO stakeholders, and support pre-sales commercial growth and proposal developments. Working in a fast-paced regulated environment, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams of data architects, machine learning engineers, and software vendors to ensure flawless execution from solution shaping through production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise data, analytics, and artificial intelligence solution delivery across telecommunication environments.
• Provide expert technical oversight, challenge enterprise architectures, and identify cross-system risks and dependencies.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG systems, AI Agents, and ML pipelines.
• Architect and oversee cloud-native data platforms, APIs, system integrations, and AI/ML lifecycle management on Azure, AWS, OCI, or GCP.
• Manage executive CXO stakeholder relationships, lead strategic client workshops, and present to steering committees.
• Spearhead solution shaping, pre-sales estimation, technical proposals, commercial opportunity identification, and customer growth.
• Coordinate and mentor cross-functional teams of enterprise architects, data engineers, AI specialists, and external vendors.
• Ensure strict adherence to enterprise data governance, regulatory compliance, security baselines, and project delivery deadlines.
• Oversee operational readiness, change management, and value realization metrics across digital transformation portfolios.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of professional experience leading complex Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Deep technical understanding of data and AI architecture, Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and machine learning.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI, or GCP) covering data platforms, APIs, and AI/ML lifecycles.
• Proven ability to provide technical oversight, architecture reviews, risk mitigation, and end-to-end delivery management.
• Exceptional executive and CXO-level stakeholder management, facilitation, workshop leadership, and presentation skills.

• Proven background coordinating enterprise architects, data engineers, technology partners, and external vendors.
