Business Development Manager / Director – AIDC

Job summary

Confidential Company in the UAE seeks an senior business development professional with extensive data center and AIDC experience to identify opportunities across MENA and lead engagements with hyperscalers, developers, and EPCs.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to craft technically and commercially competitive solutions and steer tender activities, negotiations, and partnerships to drive market entry and growth in UAE, KSA, and wider MENA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data centers, AIDC, mission-critical infrastructure, power/energy infrastructure, MEP, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including: Power, Cooling, BESS, UPS, Switchgear, Modular systems, MEP, Intelligent controls.
• Experience engaging with data center owners/operators, hyperscalers, consultants, EPCs, or developers.
• Proven track record in business development, technical sales, solution development, tendering, or large-scale project development.
• Strong network within the UAE/KSA/GCC data center ecosystem is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and identify new business opportunities across the AIDC, hyperscale, colocation, and mission-critical data center market in MENA.
• Build relationships with hyperscalers, data center developers/operators, investors, EPC contractors, consultants, and key industry stakeholders.
• Understand customer infrastructure requirements and identify opportunities across power, cooling, energy storage, modular infrastructure, and integrated AIDC solutions.
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to develop technically and commercially competitive solutions.
• Support business development for power generation, gas-to-power, BESS, microgrids, and fast-deployment/bridge-power solutions.
• Develop opportunities related to liquid cooling and thermal management solutions for high-density AI and data center applications.
• Participate in RFP/RFQ processes, solution positioning, proposals, and tender activities.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
• Gather market intelligence and support Jereh’s AIDC market-entry and growth strategy across UAE, KSA, and wider MENA.
