The Business Development Manager will lead the implants portfolio across key markets in the region, with direct oversight of teams. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, market penetration, and strategic partnerships within the dental implant segment.

Our client is a global leader in the dental industry, known for its innovative technologies, premium solutions, and strong clinical reputation. With a regional office in Dubai, the company is expanding its footprint in the Middle East and is seeking to strengthen its implants division through strategic leadership and market development.

Description




Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the dental implants market share.

Lead, mentor, and support two direct reports located in the UAE and Lebanon.

Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dental clinics, distributors, and partners across the region.

Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and propose tailored strategies to enhance product adoption.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical education, and product teams to ensure successful launches and campaigns.

Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust plans to meet evolving market needs.




Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in dental implant sales or business development, with at least 5-8 years of regional experience. They must demonstrate leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships in the dental sector. Prior experience managing teams across multiple geographies is highly preferred.



Degree in dentistry is mandatory.
