The role focuses on cultivating strategic client relationships and expanding market presence through proactive opportunity identification and solution-based selling.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of business development or project sales experience within wood, veneer, joinery, interiors, furniture, fit-out, or building materials industries.
• Strong network of architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders within UAE/GCC market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across architects, interior designers, consultants, joinery companies, contractors, and furniture manufacturers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive project specifications and sales growth.
• Promote premium wood and veneer products by providing technical guidance, product presentations, and solution-based recommendations.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, project tracking, quotations, negotiations, contract closure, and account management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to develop effective business development strategies and maximize market share.
