Job summary

Confidential Company seeks a Business Development Executive in Dubai to identify, pursue and convert new opportunities across joinery, fit-out and related sectors. You will build relationships with clients, consultants and contractors, manage tenders, and coordinate multi-team proposals to win awarded projects.

The role requires UAE experience, strong communication, and strategic sales skills to achieve revenue growth and market expansion in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 4–8 years of UAE experience in joinery, furniture, fit-out, construction or related industries.
• Proven track record in securing projects and dealing with consultants, contractors and government clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multi-sector projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate tender invitations, prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Lead client meetings and presentations to promote capabilities.
• Monitor market trends and identify new revenue streams.
• Support management with bid tracking, negotiations and project handovers.
