Job summary

Arteco Ceramics LLC is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager in Dubai to grow the portfolio of porcelain tiles, mosaics and roofing products with architects, designers and contractors.

You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth through strategic partnerships, market intelligence, and by leading the outdoor sales team and representing the company at events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in building materials or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to represent Arteco Ceramics at design events, exhibitions, and related engagements.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Arteco Ceramics LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting Arteco Ceramics' product portfolio through specifying and re-specifying with architects, designers and contractors to drive sales growth. The manager will also be responsible for people management of the outdoor sales team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ Years of Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Business development, sales, and marketing skills
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Experience in the building materials or construction industry
• Knowledge of porcelain ceramic tiles/slabs, mosaics, sanitary wares and roofing tiles
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to represent Arteco Ceramics LLC in design events, exhibitions et all
• Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus -
• Valid UAE Driving license .

Salary will be negotiable

according to the education and previous experience in UAE.
