INNOVATION DIRECT EMPLOYMENT SERVICES L.L.C. is seeking a sales-driven professional in Dubai to identify and develop new opportunities within the UAE market while promoting and selling digital copiers, MFPs, and printers.

You will build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers and drive revenue growth through effective lead generation and closing deals. The role requires 2-5 years of direct sales experience in office automation or IT equipment, a strong UAE network, and

• 2-5 years of direct sales experience in office automation or IT equipment in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong product sales experience in digital copiers, MFPs/MFCs, and printers.
• Established UAE corporate client network.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Sales and business development to identify and develop new UAE market opportunities and achieve targets.
• Client relationship management with corporate clients and key accounts; nurture pipeline and close deals.
• Market development: research trends, maintain sales reports, and coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market Generate leads through cold calling client visits referrals networking and other sales channels Promote and sell digital copiers multifunction printers printers monitors and related office automation products Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients decision-makers and key accounts Develop an existing customer portfolio while actively acquiring new clients Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions Follow up on quotations proposals negotiations and sales opportunities to close deals
• Market Development Research market trends customer needs and competitor activities Identify opportunities to expand the company s customer base and market presence Maintain an updated sales pipeline customer database and regular sales reports Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in direct sales of office automation or IT equipment within Dubai/UAE.
• Strong product sales experience in digital copiers, multifunction printers (MFPs/MFCs), and printers.
• Established network of corporate clients and business contacts in the UAE.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
