Job summary

INNOVATION DIRECT EMPLOYMENT SERVICES L.L.C in Dubai seeks a Sales and Business Development professional to identify and capture new opportunities in the UAE market, promoting digital copiers, MFPs, printers, and related office automation products.

You will generate leads through cold calling, client visits, referrals and networking, build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, and drive sales to meet targets while coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in direct sales of office automation or IT equipment in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong sales experience in digital copiers, MFPs/MFCs, and printers.
• Established network of corporate clients in UAE.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients decision-makers and key accounts Develop an existing customer portfolio while actively acquiring new clients Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions Follow up on quotations proposals negotiations and sales opportunities to close deals

Market Development

Research market trends customer needs and competitor activities Identify opportunities to expand the company s customer base and market presence Maintain an updated sales pipeline customer database and regular sales reports Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in direct sales of office automation or IT equipment within Dubai/UAE.
• Strong product sales experience in digital copiers, multifunction printers (MFPs/MFCs), and printers.
• Established network of corporate clients and business contacts in the UAE.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
