Job summary

Nexar Group in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and close residential fit-out and renovation projects. You will build your own pipeline and work with villa owners, agents and consultants to secure new business.

Residential is the focus; commercial opportunities are welcome. You will generate leads through calls, networking and referrals, arrange site visits, and collaborate with our technical team on quotations to close deals and grow client relationships.

Qualifications

• UAE fit-out or renovation sales experience.
• Proven record of closing deals you sourced yourself.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Existing client or agent network is a strong advantage.

Dubai | Full-Time

AED 10,000–15,000 + commission on every project you close

The role

You find, develop and close residential fit-out and renovation projects. You build your own pipeline. We do not hand out leads.

You'll target

• Villa and apartment renovations
• Residential fit-out and refurbishment
• Civil and MEP modifications
• Flooring and waterproofing

Residential is the focus. Commercial is welcome.
