Remote DXB is seeking a senior sales and business development leader to secure high value interior design projects across UAE sectors. You will lead the full sales cycle, exceed targets, and build executive relationships with developers, architects and corporate clients.

This role demands 10+ years in UAE interior design or fit‑out sales, fluent Arabic, a valid UAE driving license and a strong professional network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven business development and senior sales experience in the UAE interior design and fit-out industry.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory and English proficiency is beneficial.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all sales and business development activities to secure new interior design projects across sectors.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and qualified leads within the UAE market.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client acquisition to negotiation and contract execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
• Conduct commercial negotiations regarding project fees, payment terms, and scope of work.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming developments.
• Oversee CRM systems to ensure accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
• Prepare tailored commercial proposals and company presentations.

• Ability to travel within the UAE, GCC, and internationally
