Job summary

Tanqeeb is looking for a results-driven sales professional to identify and secure new business in fit-out, joinery, steel, glass/aluminium, and MEP sectors across Dubai and the UAE. You will build relationships with procurement managers, QS, and contracts teams, manage outreach via calls, WhatsApp, site visits, and walk-ins, and chase tenders with the estimation team.

• 2–10 years UAE sales experience in fit-out, joinery, steel, glass/aluminium, or MEP contracting.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle (mandatory).
• Strong network of contractor/developer contacts is a big plus.
• Comfort with PO/LPO, tender and BOQ processes and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across fit-out, joinery, steel fabrication, glass/aluminium, and MEP works in Dubai & the wider UAE.
• Build and maintain relationships with Procurement Managers, QS, Commercial & Contracts teams at main contractors and developers to generate repeat POs/LPOs.
• Run outreach via calls, WhatsApp, site visits, and site walk-ins to open doors with new clients.
• Chase live tenders, RFQs and BOQs; work with our estimation team to turn them into competitive quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals — you own the number.
• Keep a clean, up-to-date CRM/contact list of every client, procurement and QS contact you touch.
• Hand over won projects cleanly to the production/project team and stay involved enough to protect the relationship.
• Report a simple weekly pipeline: who you called, what's quoted, what's expected to close.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–10 years of UAE sales experience in fit-out, joinery, steel, glass/aluminium, or MEP contracting (any one of these is fine — the more, the better).


• A valid UAE driving licence and your own vehicle — this is mandatory, not preferred.


• An existing little black book of contractor/developer contacts (Procurement, QS, Commercial) is a big plus.


• Comfort with the PO/LPO, tender, and BOQ process — you don't need to be a QS, but you shouldn't be lost in the conversation.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident on the phone and in person.


• Self-starter who can be trusted to work productively without someone watching over your shoulder.


• English fluent; Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu or Arabic is a strong advantage for the local market.

Compensation & Perks

• Fixed salary AED 3,000–8,000+ per month, scaled to your experience and existing client book.
