Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools; familiarity with project management and industry-specific software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Ventures Onsites market presence.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and prepare persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to support business development efforts.
• Track and report sales performance and market trends to senior management.
