Job summary

CLIENT OF VENTURE PLUS CONSULTANCY SERVICES LLC is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth in the MEA construction sector, selling the construction projects data base and meeting quota within assigned targets.

You will identify and pursue new opportunities, conduct market research on industry trends, develop strategic sales plans, and collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to support BD efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in business development or sales, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven track record.
• Deep understanding of market trends and client needs in construction/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand market presence.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth areas.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
