Job summary

Consolidated Shipping Services Group in the UAE is seeking a sales professional to drive business development in ocean and air freight, warehousing, distribution and 3PL. You will onboard new customers, expand existing accounts and build a compelling value proposition for clients.

You should have 3–5 years in freight forwarding sales, a current customer base in relevant regions, solid understanding of logistics operations, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of freight forwarding sales experience (Air and Sea).
• Existing customer base in the respective countries.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations and freight industry products/services.
• Valid driving license from the respective country.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and ensure volume with revenue growth
• Expand current books of business and increase support from existing customers
• Generate brand image and value of CSS and offer clear value proposition to customers
• Manage sales for Ocean Freighting, Air Freighting, Warehousing, Distribution, and 3PL
• Handle Customs Clearance and Transportation for Ocean and Air shipments
• Achieve revenue and volume targets by onboarding new customers
• Increase share of wallet with existing accounts monthly
• Perform market analysis and reporting (MIS)
• Control credit for existing and future customers
