Job summary

Wavetec FZCO is seeking a sales-oriented professional in the UAE to identify new clients and manage existing accounts. You will coordinate with customer support engineers, deliver product presentations, and ensure rapid processing of leads, quotations, and sales forms.

The role emphasizes timely installation timelines, payment releases after installation, and maintenance contract proposals post-warranty. Proficiency in English is essential, with local language knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in UAE/Middle East.
• Strong written and oral English communication.
• Knowledge of local languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research for new clients to generate business opportunities and ensure follow-up with existing clients.
• Maintain and coordinate between clients and customer support Engineers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver presentations to clients about products and services.
• Ensure leads, quotations, and SOFs are entered/created within 24 hours of activity.
• Oversee installation timelines and timely payment releases after system commissioning.

To consistently and actively research for new clients to generate new business opportunities and ensure proper follow up on existing clients to ensure recurrent sales Ensure consistent and effective account management with assigned clients and to keep in close coordination between clients and customer support Engineers as per client need basis with the aim of ensuring great customer satisfaction To perform the following sales processes Make relevant presentations to clients about our products To ensure that all Sales Leads are entered into the portal within 24 hours of receiving generation of the sale enquiry To ensure that all Sales quotations are generated within 24 hours of sending the proposal to the customer To ensure that all Sales Order Forms SOFs are generated within 24 hours of materialization of a sale Ensure that the timelines defined for the installation of the system in the SOF are met To ensure Release of payment from the customer once the system is installed commissioned Responsible for submitting maintenance contract to the customer once the system is out of warranty out of maintenance

Additional Skills

• Should be able to make corporate presentations and proposals


• Extremely well-developed understanding of target market s environment


• Strong Public Relations Management skills especially with clients employees government agencies investment funds and media


• Excellent written and oral communication skills at least in English


• Knowledge of local languages is preferred


• Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills as well as excellent organization skills


• Good negotiation influencing and interpersonal skills

Qualification and Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales in UAE Middle East

Requirements

Preferred Nationality Egyptian Indian Language Arabic Malayalam Valid Driving License Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.
