Job summary

Advanced Flow Controls Trading in Abu Dhabi is seeking a results-driven sales professional focused on fluid handling equipment. You will manage inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely shipments.

The role requires 2-6 years UAE experience, English and Arabic language skills, and strong communication. You will build relationships with end-users and distributors, achieve sales targets, and contribute to market growth.

Qualifications

• Two to six years UAE experience selling fluid handling equipment.
• A database of customers relevant to UAE operations.
• Basic market and industry knowledge relevant to the business.
• Experience selling directly to end users and/or distributors.
• English and Arabic language skills are essential.
• Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and phone calls.
• Prepare quotations, execute orders, invoicing and payment follow up as required.
• Keep customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
• Establish active communication with the sales team to ensure orders are processed promptly.
• Liaise with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth after sales support.
• Handle purchasing by researching potential products, vendors and services and negotiating best deals.
• Purchase items from vendors and suppliers filling out necessary POs.
• Promote the company’s products and capabilities and develop key relationships.
• Achieve sales targets in designated territory, grow market share and penetrate new markets.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the product line.
• Clearly understand all customer needs and expectations.
• Ensure profit growth and expansion of products and/or services.
• Keep sales leadership and engineering teams informed of market intelligence on competitors and opportunities.
• Maintain excellent communications externally and internally including reports and trade shows.

• Maintain excellent communications externally and internally including regular sales and monthly reports
• Represent the company at trade shows
• Collect customer feedback and solve customer complaints by investigating problems amp developing solutions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least two to six years of UAE experience selling fluid handling equipment (such as fuel pumps, flow meters, compressors, hose reels, tank truck & ISO container equipment, nozzles, valves, motors, flanges, butt weld fittings, Camlock couplings, petroleum hoses, pipes, pipe fittings, gauges, dispensers, etc.)
• A database of customers relevant to our business operation all over the U.A.E
• Basic market and industry knowledge relevant to our business operation
• Experience selling directly to end users and/or distributors
• English and Arabic language skills are essential
• Outstanding analytical, conceptual and implementation skills; initiative, persuasiveness and a strong team spirit
• Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills
• Expertise in building customer relations
