Role Description

The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving new business opportunities and supporting client acquisition. On a day-to-day basis, this role identifies and qualifies leads, conducts market research to understand client needs, and participates in business meetings and presentations. The associate collaborates with internal teams to prepare proposals, develop pitch materials, and follow up on prospects to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role also maintains accurate records of sales activities, contributes to business development strategies, and represents Insource Prime in a professional and client-focused manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience in developing and delivering effective Presentations.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation abilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-up with potential clients.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, understand competition, and identify new business opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients and collaborate with internal teams.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in professional services or business setup advisory.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM systems; familiarity with the UAE business environment is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
