Job summary

JAYGEE SUN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT L.L.C is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing / Business Development Manager to expand our commercial real estate business in Dubai. You will focus on generating new business, acquiring clients, building strategic relationships, and developing opportunities with property owners, developers, investors, retailers, restaurant brands, and corporate clients.

You will build a strong client pipeline, promote leasing and advisory services, and lead market research

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or commercial real estate.
• Strong networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Established network of developers, landlords, investors, or corporate clients is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially oriented.
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships and independently generate business.

Responsibilities
