Job summary

Müller’s Solutions in Dubai seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and effective solutions. You will lead requirements workshops, document business and functional needs, and collaborate with delivery teams in Agile settings.

You will analyse As-Is processes, design To-Be solutions, write BRDs/FRDs and user stories, and support testing, training, and go-live activities to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or digital transformation projects
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation and process modelling
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart, and MS Office
• Data analysis skills; Excel essential, and Power BI or SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Manage stakeholder expectations, change requests and scope throughout the project
• Prepare training materials and user guides, and support go-live and post-implementation reviews
