Müller’s Solutions ищет бизнес-аналитика в Дубае для работы с бизнес-стейкхолдерами и командами разработки с целью улучшения процессов и преобразования требований в эффективные решения для клиентов. Кандидат будет проводить требования Workshops, писать BRD/FRD, работать в Agile/Scrum, обеспечивать приоритет бэклога, координировать UAT и готовить отчеты/дашборды для принятия решений.

Требуется 3+ года опыта, опыт работы с Jira/Confluence, Excel, Power BI/SQL и владение английским; знание

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or digital transformation projects
Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation and process modelling
Hands‑on experience writing user stories and working in Agile/Scrum teams
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart, and MS Office
Data analysis skills; Excel essential, and Power BI or SQL is a plus
Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field
Preferred Certifications CBAP / CCBA / ECBA (IIBA) PMI‑PBA Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PSPO Lean Six Sigma (Green or Yellow Belt)

Responsabilités

Lead requirements workshops and interviews with stakeholders, then document business and functional requirements
Analyse current (As-Is) processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design improved (To-Be) processes
Write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps (BPMN)
Act as the link between business users and technical teams through design, build and testing
Keep the product backlog prioritised and support sprint planning in Agile teams
Plan and coordinate UAT: write test scenarios, support users, and track defects to closure
Analyse data and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Manage stakeholder expectations, change requests and scope throughout the project
Prepare training materials and user guides, and support go-live and post-implementation reviews and hypercare
Support demand intake, release planning and continual improvement of the platform
