Job summary

Müller’s Solutions in Dubai is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams, turning requirements into practical solutions for clients.

You will lead requirements workshops, document BRDs/FRDs and user stories, and support Agile teams, UAT planning and data‑driven reporting with Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst on IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation and process modelling.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart, and MS Office.
• Data analysis skills; Excel essential, and Power BI or SQL a plus.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and interviews with stakeholders; document business and functional requirements.
• Analyse current processes, identify gaps, and design improved To-Be processes.
• Write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps (BPMN).
• Act as the link between business users and technical teams through design, build and testing.
• Keep the product backlog prioritised and support sprint planning in Agile teams.
• Plan and coordinate UAT: write test scenarios, support users, and track defects to closure.
• Analyse data and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, change requests and scope throughout the project.
• Prepare training materials and user guides; support go-live and post-implementation reviews.

• Write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps (BPMN)
