Job summary

Luxoft Germany is seeking a senior business analyst to own requirements for the Client's digital products, from stakeholder discovery to UAT coordination. You will produce BRDs/FRDs, map processes (BPMN), write user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability and change control across the lifecycle.

You will plan interviews, synthesize outcomes, and drive gap analysis between existing systems and proposed solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years as a business analyst on enterprise software delivery, of which 3+ leading requirements for a product or programme end to end (discovery to UAT).
• Requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria), BPMN process modelling.
• Backlog tooling (Azure DevOps / Jira), Confluence, Visio / Miro / Figma for wireframes.
• Data literacy: SQL for data validation, understanding of APIs and integration flows.
• UAT planning, test-case design and defect management.
• Agile / Scrum delivery; facilitation and stakeholder management up to director level.
