We are looking for a skilled and insightful Business Analyst with 5+ years of hands‑on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing requirements, defining business goals, and ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies to support business transformation.
Work closely with the development, QA, and project management teams to ensure requirement clarity and delivery.
Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Monitor project progress and support UAT, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
Assist in developing business cases and ROI analysis for proposed changes or initiatives.

Requirements

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.
Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Software, or Digital Services domains.
Proven track record of working on end-to-end projects across different industries.
Experience with both web and mobile-based solutions preferred.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, or similar) are a plus.
