Job summary

Müller’s Solutions ищет бизнес-аналитика в Дубае для работы с бизнес-стейкхолдерами и командами разработки с целью улучшения процессов и преобразования требований в эффективные решения для клиентов. Кандидат будет проводить требования Workshops, писать BRD/FRD, работать в Agile/Scrum, обеспечивать приоритет бэклога, координировать UAT и готовить отчеты/дашборды для принятия решений.

Требуется 3+ года опыта, опыт работы с Jira/Confluence, Excel, Power BI/SQL и владение английским; знание

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or digital transformation projects
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation and process modelling
• Hands‑on experience writing user stories and working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart, and MS Office
• Data analysis skills; Excel essential, and Power BI or SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field
• Preferred Certifications CBAP / CCBA / ECBA (IIBA) PMI‑PBA Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PSPO Lean Six Sigma (Green or Yellow Belt)

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and interviews with stakeholders, then document business and functional requirements
• Analyse current (As-Is) processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design improved (To-Be) processes
• Write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps (BPMN)
• Act as the link between business users and technical teams through design, build and testing
• Keep the product backlog prioritised and support sprint planning in Agile teams
• Plan and coordinate UAT: write test scenarios, support users, and track defects to closure
• Analyse data and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Manage stakeholder expectations, change requests and scope throughout the project
• Prepare training materials and user guides, and support go-live and post-implementation reviews and hypercare
• Support demand intake, release planning and continual improvement of the platform
