Job summary

Bodytree in Abu Dhabi is seeking a hands-on Brand & Marketing Manager to own the brand across two studios and run the marketing engine. You will lead a small production team, plan campaigns, manage channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) and paid media within budget while upholding a premium wellness brand standard.

You will collaborate with the CEO and studio managers, applying AI tools for briefs and analysis and delivering campaigns that drive commitments and member growth.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in marketing at a consumer, membership, hospitality or retail brand in the UAE.
• Experience planning and running the campaign calendar for a multi-site brand.
• Wellness, fitness or membership background preferred.
• Clear UK English, written and spoken.
• Experience leading a small team and managing external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand identity, sub-brands, and launch concepts.
• Plan quarterly campaigns and lock the monthly content calendar for two studios.
• Manage channels and paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok; own paid media with set budgets.
• Direct content direction, briefs, and production when needed.
• Coordinate ambassador and influencer activity and partnerships.
• Manage external partners and bring work in-house when appropriate.
• Report on intro offers, cost per new member, and campaign status.
