Job summary

Client of S&K HR Consulting in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy, strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support commercial growth. This is a hands-on role spanning brand management, digital marketing, content, corporate communications, events and customer engagement.

The successful candidate will work with Business Development and internal teams to translate marketing activity into measurable commercial outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 7–10 years in marketing or business development.
• Strong digital marketing, branding, content and lead generation experience.
• Experience managing websites, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media and CRM/automation.
• Solid market research and customer engagement knowledge.
• Experience with agencies and external vendors is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Strengthen brand positioning and market visibility across the UAE and industrial sectors.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across platforms and partner materials.
• Lead digital and offline campaigns to generate qualified leads for Business Development.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and conversions; nurture leads with BD.
• Manage corporate communications, media relations and press releases.
• Develop marketing collateral, brochures, presentations and videos.
• Collaborate with partners for joint marketing initiatives.
