About Bodytree
Established in Abu Dhabi in 2007, Bodytree is one of the city’s longest-running premium wellness studios, with Reformer Pilates at its core alongside yoga, strength training and holistic wellness. Known for top-notch training, refined aesthetics and a strong community, Bodytree delivers a high-quality client experience across every digital and in-studio touchpoint. We are now entering a major expansion phase, with a second studio opening at The Galleria and more to come, and we are building the team to scale with us.
About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Brand & Marketing Manager who holds the brand and runs the marketing engine for our studios: the plan, the calendar, the channels and the numbers. You direct a small production team and a short list of outside partners, and you still post, build a send and read Ads Manager yourself when needed.
You own the brand’s identity, sub-brands, and launch concepts and hold monthly brand review meetings with the leadership team. Success is measured in intro offers sold, cost per new member and campaigns delivered on plan.
Key responsibilities
- Brand. Hold the brand guide day to day and be its custodian across every touchpoint. In your first 90 days, complete the brand system with the Founder and the CEO: visual language, tone of voice, content pillars, template library, shot lists, campaign framework and approval checklist.
- Plan and calendar. Turn the company’s priorities into a quarterly campaign plan and lock the monthly content calendar for both studios a month ahead.
- Channels and paid media. Run Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, the website and the app’s content. Own paid media on Meta, with Google and TikTok as needed: set-up, audiences, A/B tests and budgets, within agreed caps. Review cost per intro offer weekly and pause spend when classes are full. Build and send the email and WhatsApp journeys and campaigns.
- Content direction. Brief and direct the team: shot lists, selection, captions, approval. Step in and produce when needed.
- PR, influencers and partnerships. Book and run ambassador and influencer activity, buying creator capacity per campaign where it pays. Create the activation assets for brand partnerships (with the Commercial Partnerships Manager) and for studio events and workshops (owned by the Studio Managers).
- Outside partners. Manage third party providers: you brief them against the calendar, accept or reject outputs against the brand guide and written acceptance criteria, and bring the work in-house as needed.
- Reporting. Own the marketing section of the weekly business review: intro offers sold, cost per new member, campaign status, referrals. Turn the numbers into decisions.
What we are looking for
- Experience. 4 to 7 years in marketing at a consumer, membership, hospitality or retail brand in the UAE, and you have personally planned and run the campaign calendar for a multi-site brand. A wellness, fitness or membership background is strongly preferred.
- Brand custody. You have held a brand guide and said no to work that did not meet it, including to a founder or an agency.
- Operator, not coordinator. You have run channels with your own hands and have led at most a small team. One direct report and a short list of partners is the right size for you.
- Commercial. You think in bookings, occupancy and retention, care as much about keeping clients as winning them, and can read Meta Ads Manager well enough to decide where the next dirham goes.
- Premium sensibility. You have taste and can judge creative and messaging against a refined, premium wellness brand.
- Communication. Clear UK English, in writing and in person, with the CEO, the Founder, the studio teams and partners.
- Tools. You use AI tools in your daily work, at minimum Claude, for briefs, copy, planning and analysis. Assets featuring our instructors and clients stay real, and every AI-assisted asset is approved by a person before it goes live. Meta Ads Manager and Canva or similar are expected; Mariana Tek, Mindbody or Xplor Growth are a plus.
- Availability. Office hours, with occasional early-morning or weekend shoots and launch days; we care about jobs done, not hours sat.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation
- Employment visa sponsored by Bodytree
- Medical insurance according to company policy
- Responsibility from day one for brand and marketing for two studios, with more to come
- A small, direct, wellness-driven team and a 20-year-old brand entering its scaling phase
