Job summary

BVLGARI in Abu Dhabi seeks a Brand Ambassador/Client Advisor to embody the brand and deliver personalized service that elevates the client experience. You will leverage expert product knowledge and a passion for exceeding expectations to cultivate lasting relationships and drive sales in a luxury retail environment.

You will manage client data in our CRM, handle inquiries and complaints with diplomacy, and collaborate with service teams to ensure a flawless experience.

Qualifications

• Russian and English language required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Exceptional Selling Experience by assisting clients/prospects with purchases, inquiries, complaints and ensuring professional service.
• Keep client information up-to-date in the CRM and execute 1-to-1 CRM initiatives according to guidelines.
• Address complex client complaints with diplomacy and provide resolution strategies that uphold brand reputation.
• Serve as liaison between clients and local/central service departments.
• Actively work toward meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to store KPIs.
• Understand and stay updated on trainings and procedures to provide flawless experience and personalized advice; adhere to policies on discounts, security, fiscal and legal regulations during sales.
