Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of luxury jewelry/fine watches premium retail experience.
• GIA background or luxury watch certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic/French/Russian/Mandarin preferred.
• Strong clienteling and data management experience.
• Ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals and VIP clients.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced luxury environment.

• Deliver clienteling and personalized luxury experiences.
• Tell brand story and educate clients.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs; upsell and cross-sell.
• Maintain VIP relationships with active client books and events.
