Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients entering the store and deliver a personalized selling experience.
• Maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM and execute CRM initiatives.
• Address complex complaints with diplomacy and provide resolutions.
• Serve as liaison between clients and service departments.
• Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow trainings and procedures to provide flawless service.
• Adhere to policies on discounts, security, fiscal and legal regulations.
