• Scout high-potential prospects and convert them into clients.
• Utilize CRM for omnichannel client data sharing and engagement.
• Leverage stores, events, and partnerships to enhance engagement.
• Collaborate across Corporate, Subsidiary, and Store levels on initiatives.
• Provide feedback to improve client initiatives and experiences.
• Identify training needs in client relationship management.
