BVLGARI in Dubai seeks a High End Private Client Relationship Associate Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to act as a brand ambassador and guardian of the Bulgari client experience.

You will manage a portfolio of top clients, leveraging data insights with HE Manager and Client Development teams to deliver personalized, seamless, and exclusive experiences before, during, and after sales, while expanding the client base and maximizing engagement across stores and events.

Formación

• Experience building relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
• Ability to leverage data insights to tailor client experiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in luxury retail or hospitality environments.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying the Bulgari dream with exceptional presentation and ethics.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of top clients, aligning with regional HE Manager & Client Development teams.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships and provide exclusive, personalized experiences before, during, and after sales.
• Drive client retention, elevate engagement, and expand development of existing top clients.
• Identify and convert new high-potential prospects into long-term clients.
