Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and grow relationships with high-value clients.
• Exceptional commitment to delivering personalized, high-quality client service.
• Mastery of the luxury sales ceremony and customer service transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-store journey and build long-term client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets; master the sales ceremony and negotiations.
• Assist after-sales clients and ensure seamless service continuity.
• Communicate brand values, history and collections with passion and accuracy.
• Support merchandising, inventories and special boutique projects.
