Job summary

Concentrix Corporation is looking for Arabic and English speaking Customer Representatives in Dubai. You will engage with high net worth clients, curating personalized experiences and maintaining knowledge of luxury brand products.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service, bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic, and a strong understanding of luxury items. A degree or diploma in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English (B2 or C1) and Arabic.
• Knowledge of luxury items is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Curate unforgettable personalized experiences for high net worth clients.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Exceed sales and CRM targets while fostering long‑term client relationships.
• Leverage product knowledge, materials, craftsmanship and heritage to advise and inspire customers.
• Maintain utmost discretion and professionalism in every interaction.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the team to uphold brand standards across all touchpoints.
• Support e‑commerce related enquiries for all sites in the region.
• Respond to after‑sales related questions at a basic level.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, upscale hospitality, or high‑end customer service (3–5 years).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or C1 level) and Arabic; other languages are strong assets.
• Knowledge of timepieces, jewelry, or luxury items is an advantage.
• Ability to work rotating and weekend shifts.
