Job summary

Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking a Service Ambassador to greet customers at the branch, manage foot traffic, and guide guests to digital banking options, ensuring a warm, efficient, and secure banking experience.

In this role, you will identify customer needs, direct them to the appropriate branch representative, support onboarding and basic service requests, and promote bank products and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or banking experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• UAE National preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage customer flow and reduce waiting times within the branch.
• Guide customers on self-service and digital banking channels.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate branch representative.
• Support customer onboarding and basic service requests.
• Promote Emirates Islamic products, services, and digital solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain service quality standards.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
