Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in banking, customer service, sales, or branch operations.
• Fresh graduates with strong customer service orientation may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the teller team and provide training and coaching on customer service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other transactions.
• Greet customers, identify needs and explain bank products and services.
• Maintain accurate records, balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure AML/KYC compliance and regulatory training.
