Job summary

Emirates Islamic in the UAE seeks a Customer Experience professional to enhance the journey from onboarding through product usage, promote digital adoption, and drive loyalty to support growth and sales objectives.

You will partner with sales, monitor journeys, address issues, and drive engagement and cross-selling while analyzing feedback to improve conversion, retention, and service excellence. Bachelor Degree and 1+ year in banking required.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree required.
1+ years in customer service/experience management, preferably within banking.
Strong analytical and communications skills; knowledge of banking products, channels, and regulations.
Proficiency in CRM and customer feedback tools; MS Office.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales to align CX initiatives with business objectives.
Monitor customer journeys and address service issues for seamless experience.
Develop communication initiatives to drive engagement, usage, and cross-selling.
Identify improvements to onboarding and customer interactions.
Analyze feedback and metrics to recommend actionable improvements.
