Job summary

Emirates Islamic is seeking a Service Ambassador to deliver a welcoming experience at the branch entrance. Responsibilities

• Greet customers at entry and direct them to the appropriate service area.

• Monitor lobby to minimise wait times and ensure orderly flow.
• Respond to basic queries about branch services, digital banking, and appointments.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors for timely follow-up.
• Promote digital adoption and self-service capabilities.
• Support branch operations through queue and appointment management.
