Job summary

Emirates Islamic is seeking a Service Ambassador to be the first point of contact at the branch, greeting customers, guiding them to self-service channels, and directing them to the right services. You will support onboarding and promote digital solutions while upholding service standards.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, teamwork with branch staff, and adherence to bank policies. A high school diploma or degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or banking experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• UAE National preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage customer flow and reduce waiting times within the branch.
• Guide customers on self-service and digital banking channels.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate branch representative.
• Support customer onboarding and basic service requests.
• Promote Emirates Islamic products, services, and digital solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain service quality standards.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
