Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• 1–3 years of banking, customer service, sales, or branch operations.
• Fresh graduates with strong customer service orientation may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and address inquiries efficiently.
• Process customer transactions including account opening, maintenance, fund transfers, cheque services, and service requests.
• Assist customers with digital banking enrollment and self-service channels.
• Identify customer needs and promote relevant banking products such as accounts, cards, deposits, loans, and insurance solutions.
• Handle customer complaints and service issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support branch sales and service targets through effective customer engagement.
• Adhere to AML, KYC, and internal control requirements.
