Job summary

Tanqeeb is urgently hiring a Male Help Desk Operator for a 1-month temporary project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires fluent Arabic and English, strong customer service, and solid computer skills.

You will handle help desk inquiries, log service requests, and coordinate with site teams, with accommodation and transportation provided and immediate mobilization required. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, totaling 9 hours per day including lunch.

Qualifications

• Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.
• Male candidates only.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to help desk calls, enquiries, and service requests.
• Communicate professionally with users in Arabic and English.
• Log complaints, incidents, and service requests accurately.
• Coordinate reported issues with relevant site or technical teams.
• Follow up on open requests and provide status updates.
• Maintain accurate help desk records and daily logs.
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Provide professional customer service and assistance.
