• Job Title: Help Desk Operator – Arabic & English Speaker
• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Gender: Male Only
• Employment Type: Temporary / Contract
• Contract Duration: 1 Month – Subject to Extension
• Mobilization: Immediate
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday – 6 Days per Week
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours including lunch break)

Job Summary

We are urgently hiring a professional Male Help Desk Operator for a temporary project (1 Month) for a construction based client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The ideal candidate must communicate effectively in both Arabic and English and have good customer service, computer, and administrative skills. The successful candidate will handle help desk enquiries, record service requests, coordinate with relevant teams, follow up on reported issues, and maintain accurate records.

Only candidates available for immediate mobilisation will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to accurately record and follow up on service requests.
• Professional, organised, and able to work under pressure.
• Must be available for immediate joining/mobilization.
• Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi.

Working Conditions

• Contract: 1 month, subject to extension based on site requirements.
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Duty: 9 hours per day, including lunch break.
