The ideal candidate must communicate effectively in both Arabic and English and have good customer service computer and administrative skills. The successful candidate will handle help desk enquiries, record service requests, coordinate with relevant teams, follow up on reported issues and maintain accurate records. Only candidates available for immediate mobilisation will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to help desk calls, enquiries and service requests.
• Communicate professionally with users in Arabic and English.

Requirements

• Male candidates only.
• Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Help Desk Operator, Customer Service Representative, Call Centre Agent, Receptionist, or similar role preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills including MS Office and email.
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to accurately record and follow up on service requests.
• Professional, organised, and able to work under pressure.
• Must be available for immediate joining/mobilization.
• Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi.

Working Conditions

Contract 1 month subject to extension based on site requirements.
