The successful candidate will handle help desk enquiries, record service requests, coordinate with relevant teams, follow up on reported issues, and maintain accurate records.

Only candidates available for immediate mobilisation will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and email.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to accurately record and follow up on service requests.
• Professional, organised, and able to work under pressure.
• Must be available for immediate joining/mobilization.
• Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
