Job summary

REAPHR is urgently hiring a Help Desk Operator for a temporary project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires fluent Arabic and English communication, strong customer service skills, and 1–3 years of experience in help desk or similar roles.

You will receive and respond to calls, log incidents and service requests, coordinate with site teams, follow up on status, and maintain daily logs. Working days are Mon-Sat, 9 hours per day, with accommodation and transport provided.

Qualifications

• Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience in a help desk or similar role preferred.
• Male candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to help desk calls and service requests.
• Log complaints, incidents, and service requests accurately.
• Coordinate reported issues with relevant site or technical teams.
• Follow up on open requests and provide status updates.
• Maintain accurate help desk records and daily logs.
